He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce. He is practicing since 1991 and he is in-charge of the firm’s Taxation & Audit Matters.
Rajan has rich experience in the field of taxation laws (Direct & Indirect), statutory compliances under various laws, company law, auditing, corporate finance, restructuring, profit enhancement planning, system designing & implementation, non-residents exchange control regulations, services relating to setting up of liaison/project office in India, services relating to setting up of STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) & 100% EOU (Export Oriented Unit), etc.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce. He has completed his CPA from Delaware University, USA and Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK. He is holding Certificate of Practice since 1987. Apart from looking after Financial and management consultancy he is looking after the assignments of IFRS implementation.
Pulek has also worked for twenty five years in top management positions with various companies and looked after projects in Oil & Gas, manufacturing of knitted fabric, laminates, non-ferrous metal, consulting, power, minerals & mining and real estate in India and Middle East countries. He has rich experience in the field of designing and implementation of internal and budgetary control system and project finance.
